Various Ways To Control Premature Ejaculation

Kegel Exercise

Named after Dr. Arnold Kegel, this exercise is meant to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, or pubococcygeous muscles between the pubic bone and the anus.   They consist of the sphincter muscles that control the anal and bladder muscles.  Whenever you squeeze the PC muscles, you can control the flow of urine.  And when the penis is erect, flexing the PC muscles result in the erect penis bobbing up and down.  During masturbation, you can perform Kegel exercises to see if you can hold out your orgasm and delay ejaculation.  With practice, Kegel exercises can allow you to have better control over your orgasm.
